Rooted in local heritage and inspired by the timeless recipes passed down through generations, Melar Khabar is committed to preserving the original flavours of classic Bengali snacks like Gurer Goja, Chinir Goja, Nimki, and Our special dry jalebi (jilapi). Every batch is handcrafted using traditional techniques, slow-cooked methods, and carefully selected ingredients — just the way the old "halwai-kakas" made them in the mela stalls.
